* Cash Rate Pricing is not applicable when using Insurance plans – Private or Medicare.
NOTE: Cash prices apply to patients who pay the entire fee in advance, and will likely not count toward an insurance deductible. If you choose to have a claim filed, either for private insurance or government insurance (Medicare, Medicaid, etc.), the quoted cash rate does not apply to you. The cash prices offered are possible because advance payment eliminates 1) the expense of processing claims and 2) the risk of non-payment of fees. Prices include applicable facility, physician, and anesthesia fees. Additional fees may be charged for complication or comorbidity.
Self Pay Payments with a Credit / Debit Card – Additional Transaction Fee : 3.5%
A 3.5% fee will be added to all card payments for our bundled flat-rate surgery program. This fee applies to patients who pay for their procedures themselves, without using insurance. If you choose to pay with a card, the additional 3.5% fee will be added to your final payment amount. For example, if your total bill is $100, you would pay $103.50 if using a credit or debit card. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate your understanding and continued patronage.

Processing fees are non-refundable.
Special cash pricing is not available for patients using insurance or Medicare.
